Note:
**If these names are not valuable, then it will cost you nothing to drop them and use a different name (like the Dr Jones Shot, or just platelet-rich plasma shot).
**If these names ARE valuable, then you will understand why I must protect those who have contributed and continue to contribute MILLIONS in time and money to the building and maintenance of that reputation.

I coined these phrases to imply the procedures I invented and will protect those who have invested in ongoing research & marketing–even if it means spending money and making enemies.

1. Please chose this first option by doing 2 things…

1. Agree to quit using the word “Vampire” in your advertising (saves you the money of membership by costs you the money lost by not being listed on our directory)Let us know by submitting the form just below this paragraph.
   Thank you very much for your integrity! Some physicians don’t seem to understand that intellectual property is still property and to use it without paying is stealing. Your agreeing to cease use of the names means that you’re a person of integrity who just didn’t know these names are privately owned and didn’t know that these names were intended to indicate a specific method of delivering these procedures (service mark). I’ll be glad to receive the form and hope we will be friends when we see each other at the next meeting.

   Next…

2. Cease us of all of the above mentioned names–including online (we give you 14 days to have all web materials removed), in the office, and on the phone. I am obligated by law to our paying licensees (all part of the Cellular Medicine Association) to follow up and make sure that you comply. It makes them very upset when providers reap the benefits of our 8 years of research and marketing and quality control–without contributing to our group.
   NOTE: Saying that you’re “doing a procedure ‘like the vampire facelift'” is also confusing to patients and is also not allowed under the law.

IMPORTANT- If we do not hear from you, then I must chose option 2 for you…

If you continue to use any of the following words in association with your procedures, that action will cost us both money since I’m obligated to our paying members to start legal proceedings which could include awarding me a percentage of the income you generated while using these names: vampire (in association with a cosmetic procedure or cosmetic product), vampire facelift, vampire breast lift, vampire wing lift, o-shot, orgasm shot, p-shot, priapus shot.

IF YOU OR YOUR ATTORNEY DOUBTS THE LEGITIMACY OF THESE STATEMENTS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND I’M HAPPY TO PUT YOUR ATTORNEY IN CONTACT WITH ONE OF MY TRADEMARK ATTORNEYS. YEARS AGO, I VOWED TO BE A LOYAL FRIEND AND A RELENTLESS ENEMY. WITHOUT QUALITY CONTROL, ANY ONE COULD DO MANY HARMFUL THINGS TO PATIENTS AND USE MY NAMES TO TRICK PATIENTS INTO HAVING THE PROCEDURE DONE (AND THIS HAS INDEED HAPPENED (click to see)).
